Nick Eubanks attended American Heritage in Plantation, Florida. Led the Patriots to a State title in his junior season and caught 23 passes for a team-high 344 yards with three touchdowns as a senior. Eubanks was rated as the No. 15 tight end and No. 50 prospect in the state of Florida by 247Sports. He committed to Michigan.
Eubanks made his debut as a freshman in 2016, his lone game of the season. Eubanks he appeared in 31 games in his first four seasons and has retuned in 2020 for another season at Michigan.
