BIO

Jay Tufele did not play his senior year of high school due to injury, but attended Bingham High School in South Jordan, Utah. He was a four star defensive tackle recruit with offers from Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Nebraska, among others, but committed to attend USC.

He ended up playing two years in college (2018 and 2019 after opting out of the 2020 season.  He had 64 tackles (10 for a loss), 6.5 sacks, 1 INT, 1 PD and 1 fumble recovery. After the 2019 season he was named to the First Team All-Pac 12, and was USC’s Defensive Lineman of the Year for both years he played.

Each player is graded vs. their position in regards to peak fantasy production potential in the NFL.  For example, running back route running is compared to other running backs and not wide receivers.

Our Guidelines when grading each player are pretty simple:

0 = No Fantasy Relevance  (JJAW)
5 = Average Fantasy Player (Cole Beasley)
10 = GOAT Fantasy Player (Randy Moss)
